Framing and Barrier Line Works Now in Progress

Construction at Cornerstone Residences is progressing steadily, with the development now visibly taking shape on site.

Framing and barrier line installation has commenced as planned, marking an exciting milestone in the build. To date, framing is underway across 8 units, with a further 14 units currently under manufacture and scheduled for delivery in the coming weeks. This continued momentum reflects strong coordination across the project team and keeps us firmly on track.

The structure is now clearly emerging, giving a tangible sense of the scale, layout, and design intent of the residences. With framing rising and key structural elements being established, the vision for Cornerstone Residences is becoming increasingly apparent. Alongside this progress, foundational works and slab preparation have been completed, enabling a smooth transition into vertical construction. Reinforcement and services are also advancing across the site, supporting the next stages of development.

As construction continues, you can expect to see rapid progress across multiple areas of the site, with more units moving into framing and external form taking shape.
