We’re excited to share that Great South Road has moved into a major construction phase, with key groundwork now underway on site. Over the past month, our team and contractors have made strong progress behind the scenes to ensure the build is delivered safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to our neighbours.

Latest Progress

  • BC1 approval granted by Council

  • Utilities (water, power, internet) near completion

  • Reinforcing steel and foundation preparation underway, marking the start of structural works

What’s Next
With services nearly complete, the next stage will see foundations continue to take shape and site activity increase as we move into the early structural build. We’ll continue to provide updates as milestones are achieved and the development becomes more visible from the street.
